Society Recognised
The
European Angus Cattle Registration Company(EACR) has been added
to the United Kingdom list of recognised organisations and Associations
maintaining Bovine Herds and , in the process, has become the first
breed society to be recognised in Northern Ireland for 12 years.
The approval process was completed by the Department of Agriculture
and Rural Development`s Animal Welfare and Trade Branch.
The company and the Department are hopeful that the approval of
the society will be of benifit to the industry and breeder`s.
